I bring more than fifteen years of experience across creative operations, media production, and communications strategy. I’ve built and led creative teams, designed scalable workflows, and delivered complex storytelling across video, digital, and institutional platforms.

As a former COO, I’ve built systems that work - and witnessed systems fail. Over the past decade, I’ve supported public institutions and research partners in environments where information gets messy, stakes are high, and signals overlap. That experience has shaped my attention to the compression of interpretation into action - the point at which meaning breaks under pressure.

My personal interest sits at the intersection of creative communication and systems thinking, with an applied research emphasis on cross-domain interpretation during conflict in the digital age: understanding what was knowable at the time, where meaning fractured across disciplines or agencies, and how to communicate clearly without oversimplifying or assigning blame. I believe teams make better decisions with better support - that’s the role I aim to fill.
